I love smokin the Hondas on the highway!! My boyfriend thinks I'm trading it in when I get my 4Runner, but I'm going to keep it and fix it up. Can't blame me for wanting to keep it forever!! Mister2.204-10-2006, 02:43 PMWelcome to the board. Pictures of your 91? Theres a Member Garage that you can add pictures to as well. Hope you stick around. :) turbomr204-10-2006, 02:45 PMWelcome to the board dragonmr2197904-10-2006, 02:48 PMNo pics that I can find. I used to party with a guy who had a crotch rocket, and he's told my stories about it. I would love to go one day! I just hope I've not calmed down so much that it would intimidate me!! mr.deux04-11-2006, 12:58 PMdeal we'll make a date and see who comes dragonmr2197904-11-2006, 03:49 PMI think I know how to get to 129, but I may need to get directions from someone. Let me know around what time frame is good for you, and I'll let you know what day I can do it. I may need to bring my boyfriend with me; I don't know how he'd feel about me going off to meet up with some strange guy! mr.deux04-11-2006, 03:58 PMit's not going to be with some strange guy last time there were 8 cars and 12-14 people! lol i'll ge t ahold of tyler he lives in Knox you can cruise down with him. PHOENIX04-11-2006, 04:06 PMwelcome, there isnt a lot of women on this board so i hope you stick around and give a womens perspective on stuff.

What do you have in mind to fix your mr2 up? Engine work, exterior, interior? mr.deux04-11-2006, 04:08 PMhere http://carpron.com/multisite/v/Upload/mr_deux/dragon1/ dragonmr2197904-11-2006, 05:08 PMSounds cool!! Just let me know!! Weasy2k04-11-2006, 05:33 PMwelcome to the board! 4runner and mr2? thats awsome... keep both@!! dragonmr2197904-11-2006, 05:44 PMThe interior needs a lot of work. It needs new seats and new door panels and various other things. It needs a paint job, and I eventually want to paint it a silver/blue with silver dragons down the side. The engine has 240K on it, but it still runs great; it's just got an oil leak, but what older Toyota doesn't. I'd like to turn it into a show car one day!!

What do you have in mind to fix your mr2 up? Engine work, exterior, interior? PHOENIX04-11-2006, 05:48 PMany idea where the leak is coming from? if you dont, take a picture and post it up and i bet one of us will be able to figure it out for you.

keep us posted as your project moves along! TIGERJC04-11-2006, 06:14 PMHEll yeah, im doing the dragon this summer dragonmr2197904-11-2006, 10:52 PMI believe it needs a new valve cover gasket, I just haven't gotten around to fixing it yet. I've had to replace a spark plug once because the oil got to it, and it messed up that wire. My dad got me a new set of wires for it, but I wanted to get it fixed before the new ones got messed up too. I was actually feeling in the engine the other day that I'm going to have to replace that spark plug again. One day...

WITH SPARK PLUG TUBE SEALS Locofrancais MR2Guru04-14-2006, 01:47 PMIts a breeze, I'm sure you could show these guys a thing or two about how to do it right :)! Let us know if you ever are in need of extensive services, we're just a tad east of you and we run an MR2 specific shop. We will beat any dealer quotes (and get it done faster). dragonmr2197904-14-2006, 03:41 PMThat's awesome! I always worry about who does work on my car. I always take it to a certain dealership for stuff that I'm not sure about, and they've always done a great job, but I had no idea there was a place that specialized in them. All I see here are "we specialize in hondas". Ugh! I'll definately keep you guys in mind. I know more about working on cars than most girls, and some guys for that matter, but I'm far from being an expert. I just learn as I go and get help when I need it.
