AVOID SUNRISE TOYOTA FOR ANYTHING, especially BODYWORK! THEY ARE

VERY NEGLIGIBLE AND WHEN I POINTED OUT THAT MY TAIL LIGHTS WERE

CROOKED, THEY SIMPLY SAID THAT'S THE BEST THEY CAN DO SINCE IT'S

"SUCH AN OLD CAR"! THEY ALSO SAID THE QUALITY OF THE PARTS WERE

CHEAP AND WILL WARP AS SOON AS THEY ARE TOUCHED!?!? (referring to

center panel of 94+ tails). to top it all off, while my car sat there for 4.5 weeks for a 5 day job, i also noticed my front plate is now dented and there are semi deep scuff marks on my front bumper! i told the service manager and he simply offered to buff it out, but if it doesn't there isn't anything he can do since the repair i brought it in for was for the rear! after going back and forth 4 times always pointing out the same error over and over, i took the car out of disgust this afternoon and am now filing a dispute for the charge on my card. I DID NOT WANT MY CAR THERE ANOTHER DAY AND I NO LONGER TRUST THEIR FACILITY! i called VISA and also informed the service manager as well as a family attorney. they didn't finish the job and took nothing but short cuts rather than professionally fix a tweaked panel (threw 4 washers and silicone on the center panel bracket and lock cylinder to make it "appear even" and fill a gap that i complained about).

i even instructed them to NOT DISCARD OF ANY OLD PARTS ESPECIALLY MY RARE MUD GUARD BRACKETS and the BODY SHOP SUPERVISOR SAID "YES I WILL DO THAT, EVERYTHING THAT COMES OFF THE CAR WILL BE KEPT"...well guess what, he accidentally lost one and said "oh well, what can you do? mistakes happen." WTF IS THAT?!?!?!?!?!?!? i am to post pictures of the SHTITTY WORK THAT THEY DID very shortly. not to mention, my rear bumper no longer has any retainers and the color coded bumper extension's tabs were completely ripped off on the driver side! they also did not replace the bumper foam back there neither after they said they replaced that with a brand new one!

IF YOU LIVE IN THE AREA AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP + THEIR BODY SHOP AT ALL COSTS! MY WARNING CAN'T BE ANY MORE CLEAR THAT THAT!
