jgates411     $ 0.00 Southeast GA anyone? Hello All!

i'm new to MR2's, just bought my first one the other day, couple hundred bucks to gimme something to do in my spare time... Its an 86-black, T-VIS(dunno if they all came with that or not). It needed a timing belt when i got it, so i threw that on, set the timing twice before i figured out exactly how to do it (marks dont line up like a honda or subaru haha), now it needs a starter and all the fluids flushed and should be good to go...

I was wondering if anyone is in southeast georgia, I could definitely use a local hookup when i'm lookin for parts or need some advice on this thing!! Big Thurs     $ 0.00 I'm in statesboro...as far as parts go, I usually order toyota parts online. I also have zero experience with mk1's. Toyota starters generally all fail with the same problem which IIRC are the electrical contacts. If you got the time, you could save some cash by fixing those contacts instead of buying a new starter.

BTW, that motor does have tvis from the factory.
