mr220v     $ 690.00 This is a general answer to your tps question.

The wire order of a tps depends on which way it revolves. Clockwise wires line up one way, counterclockwise they line up the other.

So, if the 2zz tps spins the opposite direction, then yes, the wire order must be reversed.

BTW, you don't have to chop wires. Just remove the plug's retaining clip, and unpin the wires with a safety pin. Repin the wires in the desired positions.

Don't know about your other question though. I guess if the line reaches, it should work. Somebody who's actually done the swap should know for sure though. Cap     $ 0.00 The +5 and Ground signals to the tps need to be reversed.. thats only 2 of the 3 wires that are there.. The 'Wiper' wire stays in the same place.

I know the 1zz fuel rail is used for the swap.. Don't know the EXACT reason why..

You avoid having to build a custom fuel line/rail setup with the 1zz rail. http://www.bedellracing.com Reply With Quote « Previous Thread | Next Thread » Posting Permissions You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts   BB code is On Smilies are On [IMG] code is On [VIDEO] code is On HTML code is Off -- BlueSteel -- vB4 Default Style -- Default Mobile Style Contact Us Toyota MR2 Message Board Archive Top All times are GMT -5.
