Cody     $ 0.00 Fuel Pump relay Hello all, i'm new to this forum and I have been reading around on it for a little. I am the proud owner of a 1985 toyota mr2 - red. When I bought it all it needed was a fuel pump and the gas tank cleaned...well, I was skeptical but hey, the body was in good shape and the interior was good. Only 160k also. Anyways, I replaced the fuel pump..w/o the BGB..which I need, and the pump after being installed would not run. So, the next would be the pump relay, here is my problem though, I dont know where the relay is on this type of car, and If I do find it, how can I fix this in order to get actual power to the fuel pump? Please help, I cant wait to get this doo doo running and enjoy it on the road! Plus I have heard of some sort of flapper around the ecu that needs to be pressed down to restart the relay. Paul Woods     $ 0.00 hi,first post here so it might as well be helping someone! there is no actual named fuel pump relay on a mk1,the pump gets its power from the circuit opening relay(COR) attached next to the ecu.A blue wire from the COR feeds the pump.
