I don't think I would skimp out on a generic just to save a few bucks. A friend of mine had bought a steering wheel of ebay and when he wrecked he still had his hands on the wheel, well guess what? the damn wheel itself had collapsed during that time. I have a pic of it someplace. but like canadam said, dont' cheap out when it comes to stuff like that. It won't be worth it in the end.
