That sounded like a ferrari. What kind of power does that thing make with that supercharger on there. It's a stock USDM GZE block and SC12 with a Nevo 175mm overdrive pulley. Factory output on USDM Mk1's is 8 PSI. With the pulley and a vacuum line mod to the bypass valve, manufactuer claims 12-14 PSI is attainable. I also have this custom device I bought in a group buy called the GruntBox. It addresses a lean out condition in the stock ECU under about 3k RPMs under high boost by monitoring throttle position and RPMs, then firing the cold start injector when necessary. Without it, it feels like turbo lag untill 3k. I'm guestimating around 165 crank horsepower with the pulley (stock GZE is 145 hp, stock Mk1 NA is 112 hp), and plenty of torque comes with it. It's mated to the 86's C-50 transaxle which has short ass ratios and the car picks up quick. It feels like it wants to top out around 120, tho, where I'm pretty close to redlining 5th. I had to put in a ACT HD clutch kit to keep the power down to the tires. And the 86 shell is a hundred pounds or two lighter than an actual SC model.

Sorry for going off on a tangent, the Mk1 guys don't get a lot of love from the Mk2 guys... I'm gonna try to get some better clips this weekend.
