I have had another coolant steam bath in my engine compartment, i believe the culprit is the "water outlet" Part No. 16304-88385

It's the one on the left hand side.

My baby is down and I'm stuck with my wife's car until it is running again, so i am looking to find one sooner than later, if anyone has one please give me a shout it would be greatly appreciated.
