View Full Version : 2nd Cruise and Lunch - East Orlando 7/27/13


20vmki07-10-2013, 10:27 AMI created a route that I enjoy driving with my MR2. Google maps says it's about a 1 hour drive.

On 7/27/13, I'll be taking my MR2 out on this route. I'll meet anyone that wants to come around 10:45 am at:

Tijuana Flats
1024 North Avalon Park Boulevard
Orlando, FL 32828

The route finishes at Tijuana Flats as well and we can have lunch and talk cars, wrapping up by 2-3pm (depending on how many times we make the run).

I'm getting re-stationed permanently in November, but, I'm going to training in September that will have me gone till November. So, I'm pretty much down to about five weeks of time left here. We'll be moving to Georgia for 6 months then moving again to somewhere else after that. I haven't been given the details of the final move yet. Yeah, that setup looks pretty nice too... I'm actually surprised that I've never heard about it.... We use to always go out and run Patterson Rd. up in north west tampa years ago both in cars and on bikes. Its not a "cruise" road though, its more of a "race it" road cause its only about 5miles and most of it is open land. Basically a lot of long straights with about 16 corners (some are more of sweeping bends while others are actual decent corners).
