Like the title says, I'm in need of some parts and wanna check here before finding other routes of obtaining these;

Willing to buy for best offer/best condition
- C52 Transmission
- Smallport Head (doesn't matter if it needs rebuilt)
- Any parts needed to retrofit smallport head onto bigport block
- Quarter Panel cuts (both sides)
- Distributor (non leaking)
- Alternator
- fuel injectors/rail
- Engine wiring harness
- Water Pump
- Oil pump

I may update this as more parts are needed. Here's the damage for anyone willing to do some cutting. Since both side are damaged, would it just be easier to replace the entire rear end of the car with a clean cut and clean weld? Has anyone done this before and if so, what were the results? I just can't imagine how difficult it'd be cutting each quarter panel individually and then welding in some straight ones. Besides, part of the taillight frame on each side seems to be a bit damaged as well. Anyway here's some pics of the body panels I'm lookking for;
