I was wondering if the spring is a standard mod, or if you will even perform them on a customers CT27?

Also is there magic oil you guys put on the GSC Cams that make them cost ~60$ more than direct from GSC? SW20MR207-30-2012, 01:12 PMI think they upsell them a bit, which is a common practice amongst businesses in any industry. Otherwise they would just be making back what they spent, and there wouldn't be any justifiable reason to sell them. They might also be losing money depending on how much it cost to ship it, employee time to order it, etc. It could also be that their source may have sold it to them at a certain price which is now higher than the factory direct price. (Anything is possible) ATSAaron07-30-2012, 01:47 PMThe spring modification is not standard. We can do it to a customer's CT27, the cost is $50. That covers the cost of the spring plus the time to install it on the actuator and bench test it all.

As far as the cams, I didn't realize GSC had dropped their price. We can match their price to be competitive.

Kick ass, I was pricing out all my parts for a rebuild the cams stuck out the most for pricing.

Greatly appreciate it, I assume I should call in my order if I wanna do a spring mod on the CT27? ATSAaron07-30-2012, 03:29 PMOr put a note with the order. I'll contact you if/when I need more money ;-)

Aaron Everready08-06-2012, 03:55 PMI assume im supposed to remove the DP studs before shipping? Just figured I'd ask before going through all the effort. ATSAaron08-06-2012, 04:01 PMNo. Leave them in. Everready08-06-2012, 04:03 PMI also assume the CT27 doesn't come with new studs or? ATSAaron08-06-2012, 04:08 PMLately I have been pretty good about making sure they have all the studs when I send them out.
