View Full Version : ATS Kit standing records

kblake07-11-2006, 12:18 AMI thought it would be fun to post some of the record dyno plots for the various kits we sell. If you have one of our kits, and have a higher record, please post it!

ATS CT27@22PSI on race gas:

Stock long block, 3" down pipe and exhaust, boost controller, 440CC ATS ROM tune, ATS modified stock FPR.

ATS TD05 kit @22PSI on race gas. (built stroker motor)

ATS TD06 kit @29PSI, falling to 25PSI by redline. (built stroker motor)

Here's the standing spool record for the ATS TD06 kit:

ATS GT3582R kit (note that this is not a complete ATS kit, we repaired/modified/tuned an Extreme Boost kit for this customer. The initial testing on our 3082R kit indicates similar performance)

ATS GT3582R kit @27PSI, untuned (2.2L built stroker):

I'll see if I can dig up some more tomorrow.

Ken lowboost07-11-2006, 01:14 PMsuper nice, could you add links or info on what all mods are done? do you have that info? Either way really nice! mr2slow4you07-11-2006, 01:17 PMDo you have the best dyno graphs of the mods on stock motors with intake/exhaust/intercooler? wagonis07-11-2006, 01:18 PMDamn those are some nice numbers kblake07-11-2006, 01:51 PMsuper nice, could you add links or info on what all mods are done? do you have that info? Done. kblake07-11-2006, 01:59 PMDo you have the best dyno graphs of the mods on stock motors with intake/exhaust/intercooler?

The CT27 plot above is pretty much a stock car.

Here is a TD06 plot @14PSI with bolt on mods (listed in the upper margin)

http://atsracing.net/Alexdyno14psi.jpg

Here's a 22PSI TD06 plot of a car with stock exhaust, stock intercooler, etc. Obviously he had 550's and a fuel pump.

We don't have stock car plots for the larger turbos, because we don't recommend those kits for cars that are not on standalone EMS, with large injectors/fuel systems and big intercoolers.

Best regards,

Ken lowboost07-11-2006, 03:51 PMthis car above making 328 is on stock intercooler? kblake07-11-2006, 03:55 PMthis car above making 328 is on stock intercooler?

Yes, although we don't recommend it. lowboost07-11-2006, 05:12 PMis the motor stock?

you should be selling these things like hot cakes with that kind of power. I could see safe 320whp on the TD06 with 20PSI and greddy intercooler/your fan setup and rom tune 550's... correct? kblake07-11-2006, 06:58 PMYes, it's a stock motor. Our TD05/6 combo package makes 300-310RWHP on pump, at ~17PSI on a healthy motor and 350RWHP with the dual tune/race gas map on 22PSI. This is on cars that have a free flowing exhaust, and an upgraded sidemount intercooler. kblake07-12-2006, 07:22 PMHere's the current (safe) record with our TD06 combo #1 with the dual map option:

http://www.atsracing.net/tan364.JPG

That's an ATS built 2.2L stroker on race gas, with an upgraded IC and free flowing exhaust.

What the hell was the matte with that car? The plot looks like it was drawn with someone with parkinsons.
Was it cured with proper tune? AndrewMcG07-13-2006, 09:41 AMA lot of dyno's actually look like that until they turn up the "smoothing". On dynojets if you ask your operator to unsmooth your graph you will get a very similar dyno. With "smoothing" turned up it averages it out a little bit more between two points and makes the plot look much smoother like the others posted. kblake07-13-2006, 11:45 AM

LOL-Andrew got it right. They had the smoothing turned off on that plot. Most stock ECU plots will look like some variation of that without smoothing. You don't start to see REALLY smooth plots until you have a professional dyno tune performed. kblake07-13-2006, 11:48 AMOn a separate note-MR2Bliss, I see you are located in PDX. John Santesson and I are going drag racing tomorrow night at PIR. You should come out if you have time.

I'll be in the white Supra with the RRev Motorsports stickers on the back windows. MR2_Josh12-22-2006, 12:39 AMI'm hoping to beat the CT27 record plot posted above. We will know come spring-time Then I will upgrade to a larger turbo in the fall. (most likely an ATS TD06) Powered by vBulletin® Version 4.2.5 Copyright © 2026 vBulletin Solutions Inc.
