That's definitely not a 91-92 front lip. Look at my sig, that's a 91-92 front lip. You don't want a 91-92 front lip. Just look for a front lip you like the look/style of, and buy it. If you want OEM, get the 93-95 one from Lithia Toyota (they are a forum vendor). If you don't care about OEM, there are several nice aftermarket ones to choose from.

Honestly, yours looks fiberglass. That being the case, you could just have a body shop fix it and repaint it instead of buying a new one. Look at the way it's cracking in your pictures along the lower edges. That's FRP (fiberglass). Urethane DOES NOT crack like that.
