Yes, this will fit an MK2. It is a very quick installation process.
First, unscrew your stock shift knob from the shaft.
Second, unscrew the base of the Ractive shift knob and slide it onto the shaft.
Third, place one of the small rubber cups that comes with the Ractive knob over the shifter.
Fourth, put the Ractive knob on the shifter (over the rubber cup).
Fifth, tighten the three screws in the Ractive shift knob with a small allen wrench.
Sixth, screw the base of the Ractive shift knob into the shift knob to cover the allen screws.

That's it.

I will check shipping, but figure it's going to be about $4-5.
