Car is drives currently and is my daily driver at the moment. It does have some issues that I would/am resolve(ing).

1: 3rd gear grinds (I have a second trans available of unknown condition)
2: Wiring needs to be redone (rats nest at the moment)
3: Needs a spring added to the throttle pedal to increase feel
4: Retune ECU
5: Original Leather Seats have seen better days
6: Left Rear hub bearing makes a fair amount of noise (however zero play)

Story: Car was bought off the lot brand new by my mother. I took possession of the car in 1999. Car was converted to a manual trans shortly there after. ~2001 it was swapped to a 20V (at the time it was approximately the 5th in the country). Then went through various turbo attempts and back to N/A. In 2006 I went after a solid turbo setup and that’s where the car stands today. In 2009 it broke ring lands on the 10:1 stock ST pistons. Rebuilt w/ the 8:1 and have not since retuned aggressively to go for more power.

As it sits, 200 HP at the wheels on a dynojet. Yes, at 9psi it makes more power than SC12 guys wish they could make. Plan is to reliably run 17psi which should put down ~250 wheel. Weighed the car this weekend and it 2,350. Do the math, fun car.

Reason for sale? Project is as far as it can go before going V6. I have become jaded after racing motorcycles and daily driving a 350 wheel Suby. Looking to get into a ~450+ wheel play car.

Looking to get $4,500 for the car as it sits. Only trades would need to meet the criteria above and be RWD (potentially FWD). There are some additional options (all increases to the cost) available to someone interested in purchasing. Car is located in Evansville, IN and I can deliver within reason and potentially some odd places (travel for work and personal reasons w/in 400 miles of here). I am a firm believer in fair and honest sales and will disclose.

*Haltech PS1000 is installed and wired. Flex Fuel is functioning as well. Pump in as much or little E85 as you want. Things get rowdy at 70%+

I currently have the stock trunk lid on it to keep the CF from being sun beat.
