ShackC05-07-2010, 01:52 PMWhen i bought my deuce the trunk carpet was growing the fuzz.

I have shampooed it once and it still smells a bit.

I was wondering if any of you pros out there have a prefered cleaner and method as to cleaning carpets. MSAGRO05-08-2010, 08:17 PMHit the carpet with "Scrubbing Bubbles", then take a warm damp towel to clean. It will eliminate the 'fuzz' and clean the carpet.
Then spray Lysol and soak. That should kill the smell.

I was about to say the same thing. Shampoo it again, then spray the living crap out of it with Lysol. I've heard of the spoiler and badges causing leaks if those seals are shot, so that actually might be the case if these seals look bad.
