View Full Version : Tools and Machines im selling all my snapon tools.

TomsMR202-21-2010, 06:29 PMi dont have a ton left.. but what i do have, im selling. ill let them go pretty cheap. they all have lifetime warranties, so used snapon tools are just as good as brand new ones.

beam torque wrench, calibrated late last year, 250 ft/lbs 1/2 drive. 3/8th red impact gun. double jointed plier set, bp hose plier set.. buncha wrenches, buncha other stuff. its all going, no more snapon, ever.

i have the whole list somewhere, if anyones interested, let me know. Butters02-21-2010, 09:14 PMAny reason your selling it all? Sh0ty02-21-2010, 09:29 PMHow much for the torque wrench or impact? Ashmen02-21-2010, 10:02 PMAny flare nut wrenches in the size for bleeding the brakes/clutch? TomsMR202-21-2010, 11:39 PM210 shipped for the torque wrench, in case. currently $306 on snapons site, plus tax. 230 shipped for the impact, has a brand spankin new cover boot. couple years old, but its flawless in operation. missing some paint, but 100% works perfect. $360 from snapon.

i have a 10/12 flare nut wrench. 35.25 on their site (ouch! for one wrench!). 20 shipped.

i dont like snapon tools. their dealer network has let me down, repeatedly. maybe yours is better, i just want them out of my box! mr2nv02-22-2010, 07:49 PMimpact gun is air or electric? o6spdracer02-22-2010, 09:11 PMAny ratcheting wrenches? Butters02-22-2010, 10:52 PMi know exactly how u feel.

we used to have a decent matco tools network here and then they just up and disappeared. TomsMR202-24-2010, 04:11 PMimpact gun is air or electric?

air. its the sealed redline gun, the newer very high powered gun... im selling it mostly for spite  its a great gun in all honesty, but it is air.

no ratcheting wrenches. the snapon ones are pretty bad anyway. o6spdracer02-24-2010, 04:19 PMOkay thanks anyways. GLWS! TomsMR203-12-2010, 05:44 PMwas thinking about keeping them.. but nah.

also selling the new 80 tooth ratchets. 3/8th flex head normal handle and 1/4 inch flex head comfort grip handle. these were pretty expensive new, ill cut someone a good deal on them. same lifetime warranty, a used one is as good as new. Servin03-22-2010, 11:33 PMyou sumabitch how much for teh rachets Gairloch03-22-2010, 11:36 PMI'm interested in the list.

If no more snap-on what are you going to be using? TomsMR203-23-2010, 12:49 AMi have a lot of mac and matco, more and more sk and gearwrench. cdi is taking care of torque wrenches for me now.

i have the full list in my toolbox, ill dig it out this week jeff.

servin, the 3/8th is 106 and the 1/4 is 95 on snapons site. ill say 75 shipped for either right now. if you find something better ill consider matching.

the ratchets are the only ones im torn between selling, they're really good ratchets.. but my spite for the snapon guy runs strong  Servin03-23-2010, 08:28 AMYeah they are really good, its the only ones im interested in. Other than that I use matco and craftsman.

You have one of those slender head 3/8th ratchet matcos? I love it. TomsMR203-23-2010, 02:20 PMi have the older slim head 36 tooth matco 3/8th. its a beast, very very durable. they do a new 80 tooth now too, which is supposed to be excellent. not good for tight clearance, but overall just a robust tool. tstoney8203-26-2010, 09:46 PMhere's an idea.......

instead of selling them all, trade them in on the mac ****. ive been doing the same lately. my snap on guy has been being a **** so i traded 90% of my stuff already to the mac guy and he's giving me good deals because he can sell the snap on stuff quick for good money. i dont know how your mac rep is there, but im sure the trade in value may be comparable to what you are trying to sell your stuff for.
