and this only cost me $5.86 out the door PHOENIX01-28-2010, 02:16 PMNice find! muffinman01-28-2010, 02:59 PMI'll give you $6.00 plus shipping.:)

nice find. jasenklems01-28-2010, 07:20 PMsorry all not for sale lol. it has taken quiet some time to find and under $6.00 to go figure.... this is why I love to go to the salvage yards you never know what you will find so if you can go then I suggest that you do so at the best possible speed and post what you get on this site. I also found a different set of tail lights to for my mk1 dont know what they will cost me but I think that I will get them soon...... curvesrgood01-28-2010, 07:22 PMLast year I found a tinted plexiglass spoiler (not the standard painted version) on an 83 Celica GT. It sold for like $150 on ebay and I paid $11.00 out the door :). Knew it was an unusual spoiler when I saw it, and I happened to be there as they brought it in. Nice find by the way!! flybikes159301-28-2010, 07:26 PMhaha i also got one of those last summer. the screw were all stripped out, but i one upped everyone and brought a drill out there. i think mine was around 2 dollars
good find though! Archidamus-R01-28-2010, 07:47 PMExcellent! Though it's prolly getting close to time someone takes a serious look at making a nice aftermarket replacement . . . jasenklems01-28-2010, 08:10 PMthat is my thought too I would love to see one in carbon fiber but that is probably to much to ask for....by the way check out my thread custom vented hood and let me know what you think of it. Archidamus-R01-28-2010, 08:16 PMI will. :)

I like carbon, but to be honest, I wouldn't mind a paint-able fiberglass visor (when I get a MK1 stablemate for my MK2 ;)). jasenklems01-28-2010, 11:50 PMI want to get a t-top mk1 again. Archidamus-R01-28-2010, 11:53 PMThey're nice. My dad has an '89 t-top. But, and mebbe it's just the level of wear on the seats, but his '86 fits me better. And my '91 has the best driving position of the three, IMHO. ;)

But I definitely want an AW at some point. :D Powered by vBulletin® Version 4.2.5 Copyright © 2026 vBulletin Solutions Inc. All rights reserved.
