mr2greasemonkey02-15-2006, 09:53 PMFYI: For those of you that don't know. Driver's side, kick panel above the dead pedal behind the carpet. There is an insulated power connection for the wires that supply B+ to the chargeing system. It is a plastic incased unit with two 10 mm nuts and 8 mm studs. Since it is a fused connection and insulated terminal, it just happens to be a very good place to tap for power. It's also in a relatively good place that's easy enough to get to and is safe from the elements. Plus it's already underneath the dash so you wont have to pull wires through the firewall. My sunroof drains drain right into that box... something happened with the tube and if I pour water down the hole it goes RIGHT into that box area inside the car, still working on fixing that one.
